Patient Information

We’d like to ask all our patients to allow sufficient time to come to the practice. At present, the impact of loadshedding and road upgrades in and around the Life Fourways Hospital has been delaying our patients’ arrival for their consultation.

To all our new patients we also ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of your appointment so that we can add your details to our system. Please bring with you a copy of your ID and your medical aid details.
